Elevate Digital Media is a growth agency providing fractional executive leadership (CMO and CTO), AI strategy, marketing execution, technology and systems infrastructure, and related consulting services to businesses and organizations.

Client Engagements
Specific Fractional CMO, Fractional CTO, AI Strategy, and related service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Elevate Digital Media and the client, which will control the scope, pricing, term, and deliverables of that engagement. These Terms govern general use of the Site and, where no separate agreement exists, your interactions with us through the Site (such as inquiries, bookings, and communications).
No Guarantee of Results
While we bring senior marketing, technology, and AI expertise to every engagement, marketing, technology, and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, growth, ranking, or performance results, and any case studies, testimonials, or examples referenced on the Site reflect individual client results that may not be representative of results for every business.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms (such as scheduling or payment tools) that are not owned or controlled by Elevate Digital Media. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months, except where a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Digital Media, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a separate signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
